Kura Dashi Tsuyu is a delicious, vegan-friendly sauce with dashi (soup stock) made from shiitake mushroom and kombu (kelp). Tsuyu adds extra umami flavour to Japanese cooking and nicely complements noodles, soups, donburi, tempura, teriyaki and much more.
