A full flavoured and spicy northern Thai yellow chicken curry served on the bone. We make our own curry paste, using gapi (shrimp paste) and smokey dried chilis, galangal and lemongrass, with a few dried spices. We think this is perfect with egg noodles but also rice and roti would work. Allergens - Crustacean, Fish, Soy.Ingredients
